These terms apply to the HEAL Juice Joint & Cafe website and pickup ordering service. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Placing and accepting an order
Provide accurate contact details and select the correct products, size, liquid, protein, flavor, and extras. An on-screen ticket confirms that your request was received; it does not mean HEAL has accepted it or that the requested pickup time is guaranteed. Check your private tracking page for acceptance, preparation, and ready status. Requests are subject to store hours, ingredient availability, and preparation capacity. We may contact you about a change or cancel an unavailable request. We will seek your agreement before making a material substitution or increasing your order total.
Prices, extras, and payment
Selected sizes and paid extras are included in the displayed subtotal. Recipe ingredients shown as included are part of the base price; additional portions cost extra. Applicable tax is confirmed at pickup. The current service supports pay at pickup only. Submitting a request does not charge a card, and the website does not collect card information. Online Clover payment is not yet connected. Payment is due before you collect your order. If a displayed price is incorrect, we will explain the correction and let you accept it or cancel before payment.
Pickup and communication
Pickup is at HEAL inside LA Fitness, 1155 Mt. Vernon Hwy, Suite 600, Dunwoody, Georgia. Posted pickup windows use Eastern time. Keep your ticket number and tracking link. Staff may send an individual ready text with your consent. Automated SMS and email delivery are not currently available, and carrier delivery cannot be guaranteed. Your tracking page provides status updates while open. Contact the shop if you need help or cannot arrive at your requested time.
Changes, cancellations, and order concerns
For changes or cancellations after submission, call (470) 758-0089 as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether preparation has begun. If an order is unavailable, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, contact staff promptly so we can review the situation and discuss an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund consistent with applicable law. This website does not issue refunds automatically. Any approved card refund must be handled through the payment method used. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Ingredients, allergies, and supplements
Tell staff about allergies before placing an order. Ingredients and shared preparation equipment may involve milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, or other allergens. Customization does not guarantee the absence of an allergen or cross-contact. Product availability and formulations can change. Some optional supplements contain caffeine or other active ingredients; ask staff about the specific product and consult a qualified healthcare professional when needed. Drinks and supplements are not offered as treatments or cures for disease. “Healthy Eating And Living” and our brand slogan express our mission, not a medical guarantee.
Nutrition and product images
Calorie ranges are estimates based on recipe portions and available ingredient labels. Liquid choice, supplements, fruit variation, and preparation can change the final amount. “Nutrition pending” means complete information is not available. These estimates are not individualized dietary or medical advice. Images illustrate products or ingredients; your prepared drink may look different.
Appropriate website use
Use the service for genuine orders and lawful personal purposes. Do not submit fraudulent requests, access another person’s private ticket without permission, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access to owner records. You must be an adult able to place an order, or act with a parent or guardian’s authorization. Keep your private tracking link secure.
Website content and external services
HEAL branding and website materials belong to HEAL or their respective owners and licensors. Personal browsing does not grant permission to reproduce our branding commercially. External links and in-person payment services are governed by their own terms. HEAL is independently operated; our location inside a gym does not make the gym the operator of this ordering service.
Availability, rights, and changes
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Georgia law applies to the extent consistent with mandatory protections available to you. We will post updates with a revised date; changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted order without your agreement. Contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it.
